As a certified SRES, I recognize that there are actually several catagories that fall under the umbrella of my SRES designation. Obviously, the needs, wants and resources of our boomer population is not going to be the same as the needs of their living parents.

As we see the average length of life become longer, we have a record of 4, sometimes 5 generations in the housing market at the same time...think about it, the 20 year old first time buyer, their 40 year old parents, 60 year old grandparents and 80+ year old great grandparents....heck, my great grandmother stayed in her own home until she was nearly 104 years old.

As you can imagine, having knowledge, education and experience with the unique needs of the 50+ market helps me to offer my clients options, an array of valuable resources, and my best advice.
