Born and raised as a proud resident of London Ontario, I grew up in beautiful Byron, and have since lived in Lambeth, Mount Brydges, Downtown London, and now White Oaks.
I began my first career in 1998 when I opened a retail clothing store in Lambeth.
At 21, I had the energy and drive to make it successful despite the challenges of being young and female.
In Sept. of 2004, after an exciting, educating and successful run as a young entrepreneur in the retail clothing business, I decided it was time to explore other options.
Early in 2005, I attended OREA College in hopes of becoming a licensed Realtor, (which worked out just fine :)
My experience as a Realtor has been very diverse, selling a variety of properties, such as commercial, new builds, condos, multi-family homes, luxury homes, and more. I've also had the benefit of working with many types of clients such as first time buyers, investors, young families, retirees, seniors and more.
I have a passion for Real Estate, and always strive to provide the best possible advice and experience for my clients. In order to do this, I make it a priority to improve my skills and knowledge on a consistent basis.
Early on in my Real Estate career, I took an interest in investment properties such as duplexes, triplexes, student rentals, and other multi-family properties. I took courses in Property Management, Commercial Properties, and Apartment Buildings to expand my knowledge in these area.
In 2010, I completed the SRES courses to gain additional knowledge and improve my ability to service the ever growing Senior Market (also referred to as the 55+ marketplace). As a designated SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), I have the education, skills, and experience to help seniors to explore all their options and make the best choices based on individual needs. Sometimes this means investing in vacation property for retirement, and other times it means finding solutions for seniors who wish to age in place.
More recently, in the spring of 2011, I complete the ABR course (Accredited Buyer Representative), to obtain the associated Buyer Specialist designation. In addition to holding this designation, I am also a memebr of REBAC (Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council) and NAR (National Association Of Realtors). I'm very excited about how these additional tools, knowledge and skills are providing even more value to my buyer clients.
Regardless of the client, or property, I believe that every buyer and seller deserve my personal attention and time spent, one on one, educating and updating them about current market trends, and what to expect throughout the process of buying and selling Real Estate.
My #1 professional goal is customer satisfaction! I want each and every client to have the best possible experience, so that they will introduce and refer me to the people they care about who would also benefit from my help!
